Which is better an Enzo Milano or a Jose Eber curling iron?

Will you please also include what are the special features found in each of the product. Oh and please let me know what is the voltage of the item since i live in the Philippines and we use 220volts. Thanks!|||The Enzo Milano is better...|||Don't know about Enzo Milano but I can tell you that I have thick curly coarse hair and was NOT please with the Jose Eber at all.
