It's commonly given to people in rehab centers to help them overcome addiction.|||Most heroine addicts are given methedone pills when they go for rehab. it has the same effects but is not addictive. Some people get them just for the high but I had a friend OD on them and was declared brain dead. They are called wafers on the streets.
