i just got the big one for a gift and i trie it on my hair and i end up looking like curly sue instead of the soft romantic curls i see on the celebs....any tips i really want this to work i have shoulder lenth hair well alittle past my shoulders and its dark colored|||I found you by accident... never have I been on this site... took me a while to get thru the set up but here I am...
The iron should have come with a Kevlar glove so that you will not burn your self...
*put on your glove on the hand NOT holding the iron
*hold the iron upside down close to the top of your head
*take a section of hair (smaller for firmer curls, larger section for tighter wave) begin wrapping at the base of the hair starting close to the handle and wrap the hair around the curling iron barrel until you reach the end of your hair
*hold for about 10 seconds
*release the hair from the iron (do not pull the iron out just let the hair fall naturally off)
*continue around the head until desired look is achieved
It will take a little practice because all thing new will require a bit of practice... but, soon, I'm guessing your friends will be wanting your design services
the iron will help you cut your styling time in half
The ceramic barrel is 30% cooler so that it will not damage your hair
