i dont care if its gta or a racing game i need to know|||agv|||Fonza 2 has huge collection of cars and has all of those that you mentioned except bugatti. But in Fonza 2 you can customize your car so check that out. Also Project Gotham Racing has lots of cars except for bugatti. It seems that games featuring bugatti veyron is rare.
You don't necessarily have to have a game that has all these cars. I personally like need for speed underground, or any other racing games that is not for a console. Then you can go to other fan sites and search for addons. There are tons of modded cars and new cars for NFS series and you can download it and add it to your game. Also I think they might have modded cars for GTA SA but you have to check.
